RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then you may return the products within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to BLUSOURCE, and if free shipping was included in the original shipment, then that cost will be deducted from the refund.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. The following situations may result in only a partial refund: any item not in its original condition, or any item that is damaged or missing parts after it leaves our warehouse. Special-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
If you decide to return your products, please complete the form linked below and we will send you a pre-paid UPS label(s) in which to return the items to us.

Cancellations
We're sorry if you feel that you need to cancel your order. Cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and are available only until the order ships. Special-order items are not eligible for cancellation. Please email info@bluschoolsupplies.com as quickly as possible if you'd like to cancel your order - be sure to supply your order number (i.e. #W12345) in the message. Unfortunately, your order cannot be considered cancelled until you've received a confirmation email.
Refunds
To return an item for a refund, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notifying you whether or not your return/refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days. Only regularly-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refund. Sales on all custom kit orders and other customized products are final and not eligible for refund, except in the event of receiving product that is damaged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Second, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bluschoolsupplies.com.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not replace items due to normal wear and tear. If you received a defective or damaged item, please complete the form linked above.
If the item you are exchanging is not damaged or defective, payment for the replacement items will be required prior to shipment, then once your return is received, you will be issued a refund for the returned items.
