I got a set of these and a set of Crayola crayons for my students. At the end of the year I saw the Crayola ones were used down to the nubs and these were barely touched, so I took them home to see why. It was pretty easy to find out: the colors are very light and dull, there's tons of uneven streaking when coloring, it does not layer well, you cannot even color in anything completely because it feels like all you are doing is moving blank wax around, not filling in any areas. I had to go and buy myself a set of different crayons just to check that crayons are NOT suppose to be like this. This pack literally gaslit me into questioning if all crayons color this poorly.
Ultimately I am angrier for my students than for myself. I understand these are cheap and they are for kids who probably aren't going to be artists and can't tell the difference, but that does not mean kids do not deserve good quality things. If other brands can put out crayons at a decent price AND quality, then you ought to make the effort too. And in this case, it's clear the kids COULD tell the difference, because none of them used this box at all. 1 star, will not buy again.

Refund Policy
Cancellations
We're very sorry if you feel the need to cancel your order. Cancellation is available until the product ships, but it may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based upon order total. If you wish to cancel, then please contact info@bluschoolsupplies.com as quickly as possible referencing your order number (i.e. order #W12345) in the message. Your order is not considered cancelled until you've received a reply with confirmation.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 15% return fee will be charged for returned custom kits.
Customers should call to report defective goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods and intimate or sanitary goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
