We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and same condition you received it. A 15% return fee will be charged for returned custom kits. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return. Returns must be sent back to BLUSOURCE.

When Will My Order Ship?
All kit orders ship out from our warehouse within 2 business days. The actual number of days for shipping depends on the shipping option you choose during check out and can range from 2-7 business days.
Bulk orders placed after 11am (CST) are shipped out the next business day.
During the checkout process, your shipping cost will automatically be calculated before you submit your order. A physical address is required for an order to be shipped. We will not ship to a P.O. Box. Shipping guarantees are dependent on the shipping carrier. For large orders (21+ cases), call 800-460-5355 for shipping policy and cost before placing your order.
